Delete Your Account

If you have an active Distilly account, the fastest way to delete your data is from within the app itself. Your data is deleted immediately.

1. 1Sign in to your Distilly account
2. 2Click your avatar/profile in the top-right corner
3. 3Open Settings
4. 4Scroll to "Data & Privacy"
5. 5Click "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation steps

If you can't access your account, submit a request below. We'll process it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Account profile and login credentials
• All projects and AI strategy analyses
• Saved outputs and document versions
• Decision records and decision history
• Uploaded business/CRM data
• Comments, activity logs, and team workspace data

Anonymized usage statistics and legally required financial records (transaction IDs, invoices) may be retained per our Privacy Policy.
